We are still collecting 2025 taxes!
These taxes were due before Feb. 1st, 2026 with no penalty. Each month there is a 0.50% penalty, until August.
In August, the taxes that are left unpaid will be published in the local newspaper, then auctioned in our land sale. This land tax auction/sale is ALWAYS the last Monday in August. This year that is August 31, 2026.
The LAST DAY to pay 2025 land taxes is August 28, 2026.
